Terms and Conditions Camping Du Moulin
1. Application of general terms and conditions
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, booking requests and agreements made with Du Moulin Campsite relating to pitches and accommodation rented out by Du Moulin Campsite.
1.2 Camping Du Moulin expressly rejects the application of any other terms and conditions.
1.3 Exceptions to these terms and conditions are only possible if the parties have agreed in writing.
2.1 Camping Du Moulin only deals with bookings made by persons aged 18 years or over.
2.2 The agreement is made after we have confirmed your reservation, and you are obliged to pay the deposit, see art. 2.3, to pay. Your wishes will be taken into account as much as possible when making the reservation.
2.3 After the confirmation of the reservation, the tenant will make a down payment of 25% to the Du Moulin campsite within 14 days into account number: IBAN LU80 0141 0575 2670 0000 BIC CELLLULL tnv Me-Inspiration.
2.4 Five (5) days before arrival, the balance must be paid into the bank account indicated (Art. 2.3). If, after a reminder, this is omitted and no check-in has taken place on the day of arrival of the tenant in question, we will treat this as a cancellation on the commencement date of the agreement. Note: 100% payment for all short stays up to 1 week. 100% for short term bookings these are stays with a day of arrival within 15 days after reservation.
2.5 In case of cancellation, the tenant has to pay the following cancellation costs:
If canceled up to 10 weeks before arrival: 25% of the rent.
If canceled up to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rent.
If canceled up to 1 to 4 weeks before arrival: 90% of the rent.
If canceled within one week before arrival: the entire rent.
In case of cancellation on/after the commencement date: the entire rent.
You have to take care of the necessary insurances yourself. The cancellation will only be accepted if it is submitted in writing (by email), the date of receipt is the date that is counted.
2.6 One car is included in the reservation. For an extra car you pay €2,50 per night.
2.7 The reserved place/accommodation remains reserved for you until 19:30 hours on the day of arrival. If you have not arrived at that time, without any notification to our campsite, your reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
2.8 The maximum number of persons allowed is 6 per pitch. An extra tent is allowed. An extra tent is a tent with two beds with an area of not more than 4m2.
3. Check in/out
3.1 From 14:00 to 19:30 you can check in. Upon arrival, guests are required to show their passport or identity card. Pitches and accommodation are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
3.2 Places are allocated by the staff, or confirmed by email by reservation. A change of pitch is only permitted with the permission of the staff.
3.3 On the day of departure you have until 11:00 am to leave your pitch or accommodation free and clean.
3.4 Camping Du Moulin reserves the right to carry out a final check of the condition and completeness of the pitch or accommodation from 10:00 am on the day of departure.
3.5 If the accommodation is not left in a clean or tidy condition, a fee of €35,- will be charged.
3.6 In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be made.
4.1 Visitors must be registered at the reception.
4.2 Visitors pay a daily rate of €2.50 per day. For an overnight stay one pays the price that is applicable in the relevant period.
5. Rules of conduct
5.1 On our campsite there is a maximum speed of 10 km per hour.
5.2 From 22:00 to 07:00, all activities that may disturb the peace and quiet of our guests are forbidden, such as driving a car or motorbike on the campsite, turning on the radio and TV, talking loudly, depositing glass in containers, etc.
5.3 Adults are responsible for the behavior of children entrusted to them. They must not disturb the peace and safety of the camping guests.
5.4 Barbecuing is allowed. Be extremely careful with fire and never throw away a burning match or cigarette. The lighting up of open fires is forbidden.
5.5 The use of tap water is not meant for playing purposes. Use the river l'Our for this.
5.6 It is forbidden to smoke in our public areas and accommodations.
5.7 In case of fire or other serious calamities, report immediately to the reception and warn the emergency services (112). Police (113). Fire extinguishing equipment is available, see the lampposts. Owner and FAFS can always be reached via: 00352661224495.
5.8 Camping Du Moulin reserves the right to make changes to the layout and opening hours of the campsite's facilities.
6. Interim termination of the contract by the entrepreneur
6.1 In case of non-compliance with the rules and regulations, the whole family is requested to leave the campsite. The entrepreneur may terminate the agreement with immediate effect: - if the holiday maker, fellow holiday maker(s) and/or third parties do not comply or do not properly comply with the obligations arising from the agreement, the camping regulations and/or government regulations, despite prior verbal and/or written warning, to such an extent that, according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness, the entrepreneur cannot be demanded that the agreement be continued. - If the holiday maker, fellow holiday maker(s), despite prior verbal and/or written warning, causes nuisance to the entrepreneur and/or the other holiday makers, or spoils the good atmosphere on or in the immediate vicinity of the campsite. - If the holiday maker, despite prior verbal and/or written warning by use of the pitch and/or his camping means, acts contrary to the intended purpose of the site. - If the camping means does not meet the generally recognised safety standards. - Theft, vandalism, aggression and drug use are reasons for immediate removal from the campsite.
6.2 After termination, the holiday maker must ensure that his pitch and/or camping means are vacated and that the site is vacated as soon as possible, but no later than within 4 hours.
6.3 If the holiday maker fails to vacate the pitch, the entrepreneur shall be entitled to do so at the expense of the holiday maker. The entrepreneur shall not be liable for damage resulting from or related to the evacuation of the site, unless damage has been caused by carelessness on the part of the entrepreneur. Any storage costs shall be for the account of the holiday maker.

6.5 The holiday maker shall in principle remain obliged to pay the agreed amount.
7.1 You must separate your waste and deposit it in the designated container. At the reception you can pick up a garbage bag for plastic waste.
7.2 It is forbidden to deposit anything other than household waste in our containers. If this rule is violated, costs will be charged.
8.1 Pets are allowed for campers (maximum 3), but only if they are leashed and accompanied outside the campsite for their needs. Clean up your needs and dispose of them in the appropriate waste bin. Dogs of the Pitbull/Dobermann and Rottweiler breeds must wear a muzzle.
9. Own risk
9.1 Campers and visitors enter our site at their own risk. We are in no way liable for damage and/or accidents caused by third parties. By entering the site, campers and/or visitors explicitly waive any right to compensation.
10.1 Damage must be reported to the reception, both damage to resources in our accommodation and on our property. Damage costs and possible consequential costs will be charged.
11. Collection costs
11.1 The holiday maker shall be liable for the extrajudicial costs reasonably incurred by the entrepreneur following a notice of default. If the total amount has not been paid on time, the statutory interest rate on the remaining part may be charged after a written summons.
